Agree or Disagree: John Cena is better as face of WWE than Lex Luger was?

Many people hate John Cena that is no secret. However, one must admit that Lex Luger was at least just as bad as a top star in the company. Luger couldn't wrestle at all ( Cena has mediocre skills too, but at least you can get a good match out of him if he is against a good worker.) Luger had minimal charisma ( unlike Cena), and Luger was more concerned about partying, drugs and weightlifting more than wrestling. ( many including Ric Flair call Cena the hardest working wrestler in the business) Plus, Cena may have been pushed to the sky, but even he never had his own tour bus touring the country ( the Lex Express). Of course, everyone has their own opinion, so I want to know yours.
