Does Studio Pierrot like Bleach more than Naruto?

Both Naruto and Bleach are animated by Studio Pierrot but I have noticed that they use better animation and music for Bleach than Naruto. I have also noticed they actually try to make Bleach filler good by using good animation and having a decent story but they make Naruto filler really boring and not worth watching.
